Default S/C on NA motor

Hi All,

Has anyone put a supercharger on a naturally aspirated motor (non-dished pistons)

I realize it would be a short life for said motor, but wanted to see if anyone has tried and the results.

I do not intend on doing this by the way.

Thought I'd read that someone on here had done this. Eventually found the thread:

Interesting. So it can be done without any real problems (for a little while at least)

You will find that most people crow about their successes but keep the failures under wraps. There's a good reason why the XKR has a lower compression ratio and I'm not willing to blow my engine for a few extra BHP, but dont let that stop you!

Oh, I am not going to be the one to try this- I *literally* was just curious.

I like my engines reliable and running.
