Seat Memory cannot be changed

Seat Memory cannot be changed

The drivers seat memory on my 97 XK8 works but cannot be changed. I have followed the instructions in the owners manual but the memory is unaffected. Any suggestions?

Jaguars are like computers. If any of the electronics stumble, re-boot. Remove the positive battery cable for a few minutes. Touch it to the negative cable for a second and reinstall it to the positive post on the battery. Remember, doing this will make you reset any memory settings in the car. Radio, windows, etc.
