Default Serial number Jaguar engine

I bought a 2003 XJ8 for the engine to put in my 2001 XK8. I was told by the person who sold me the car that the engine was replaced by Jaguar at 60000 miles due to an oil pump failure. Looking at the engine today I found a metal tag where the bell housing bolts to the engine. Just to the right of the air intake. The tag said. AJ8-2737-E on the top line. Next line said 6AJDFT-13457-HP. Is this the serial number of the replacement engine? I also found on the other side of the motor 020327, next line 2103.
Does anyone understand these letters and numbers. The car that I bought had high mileage, If I can determine that the engine was replaced at 60000 miles it would make me feel better about putting it in my XK8.

The metal tag is indicative of a rebuilt engine, and a Jag dealer should be able to interpret it for you.

I think that is an engine build date of 27 march 2002 at 21:03 hours.
