Side Rear Window Problem

My 2001 XK8 convertable's left rear side window doesn't go all the way up. It comes close, but a small (1/4 inch) crack remains between the front and rear windows. Has anyone seen this problem? Can it be adjusted?

usually it means the regulator is broken they dont have that kinda play.. to be adjusted... it's a SAAB motor.. hard to change.
