Default Slipping Supercharger belt.

All,

My '03 XKR had the burning rubber smell on acceleration, so I did the S/C pulley, tensioner mod with brand new parts from Gaudin.

Still have the smell.

When I apply Belt conditioner to just the S/C belt, the problem completely goes away and accel is like a different car.
There seems to be conflicting numbers on the correct belt Part # after the mod.
Could anyone please post the correct belt #? Both Jaguar OE and the Goodyear comparable belt?

Tia.

Depends on your vin number and assumes the pulleys you've replaced are the same type (smooth) as the ones that came off. But for my car (04) it was:

Jag part # C2C26235
Goodyear Continental Elite 4080521

Thanks woox4,

It's frustrating because everything seems to be functioning properly ie tensioner, no pulley wobble, good alignment, and belt tension tight..

I'll let you know how it turns out.
