Thumbs down How to unplug Power seat modules

Just brought home my 2004 XK8 yesterday and my first order of business was to try and get my power passenger seat working. Haven't been a member long enough to download the correct Owners Manual so looking through the 2009 manual that was in the car. First problem, there doesn't seem to be any fuse box in the cabin wheelwells so can't check the motor fuses. Secondly, I dropped down the PSM to swap with the driver's side to at least set the seat so it is usable. I am unclear how to unplug the modules. Sounds silly but I didn't want to pry them loose with a screwdriver and risk damaging. How do they unplug? The Forun info is very usefull but couldn't find the answers! Thanks in advance.

Unhappy Found passenger side fuse panel!

Apparently I am unfamiliar with the term "Footwell Facia". Accidently found the fuse panel door when I tried to close the door on my flashlight. The bad news was that the fuses checked OK so that wasn't the problem with the passenger power seat. Still hoping someone will explain the proper way to uncouple the electric connectors from the Seat Modules so I can swap with the Drivers side.
Help before I break one trying to remove!

It is a simple pressure fit 20+ contact board connection. It will help to remove the module from the bottom of the seat in order to be able to 'wiggle' the connector off.

No clips or other mysterious connections involved.

Photos may help. These are from my 2005 XK8 but all years are similar.

1. Seat Module in situ

2. Seat Module removed ready for harness disconnection

The bracket fixings were broken on this one which is why I removed it to replace the Module lid.
