More people than me that experience problems when ordering parts from Sng Barratt Germany/Netherlands? I'm located in Sweden so nowadays after Brexit it's more tempting to order from a company or branch within the EU to avoid all the fuzz with imports. Before Brexit I always ordered from Sng Barratt in the UK (when ordering from Sng Barratt that is) and never had any issues.

But every time I order from their within-EU branch in the Netherlands there will be problems. It usually follows the same route every time; one or two items are out of stock or even discontinued. They send me an email telling this and that is back ordered. I reply to the email asking them to either skip one item or to replace it with a similar one. But these tasks are never fulfilled, instead I get a new adfitional order with only the replacement item in it. And I'm asked to go from Sweden to the Netherlands to pick it up!

Very frustrating! And incredible this can go on and on for years. Next time I probably order directly from the UK instead even if it will be more expensive and slower due to customs.
