Guys take a look at this, watching some recorded Mecum auction shows and a 2005 XKR came across the block with the below dash alterations. Took this photo from the TV screen so resolution is not that good but you get the idea.

I like it! Something to consider for getting rid of the useless Nav screen and making room for a new head unit.

 

I like it as well. If I was to go this way, though, I would probably install a mini ipad instead of the head unit. It's just my 2 cents.

 

The finished look is pretty good. I prefer the gauges, but if you had the nav unit this is certainly a nice alternative.

 

Yelp, a matching wood suround on the radio and it would near perfect.
