SNG Barratt ( forum sponsor) is a good starting place. You can get the part number and search for the best deal. The cooler is based on engine number so fololw the link below and take a look.

^^^^^^^ +1on the SNG Barnett recommendation

after the OP experience, I have to ask, does he really want to buying the the cheapest oil cooler available ? You get what you pay for. Buy a quality part from a reputable seller, like Barnett, and then you don't have to worry about the same thing happening again. This ain't no Hyundai you are trying to fix, so don't treat it like the receptacle of the lowest common denominator.

Default I got mine at Jaguar

I had to replace mine on my 2004, 3 years ago when I got to close to a curb. Jaguar here in Canada was $279.00. The mounting grommets were what was a stupid price. I got them at the time, now I would figure out a way to make them myself. I don't always assume that Jaguar is crazy priced and sometimes am pleasantly surprised. I have reinforced the bottom edge with a piece of 1 inch angle to protect the bottom edge.

I have dinged my oil cooler on a curb and now the car lives up to its British heritage by marking my garage floor. So, a replacement is needed (#MJA7440AB). SNG Barratt (USA) offers an OEM at USD 403 and a repro for USD 276. The Jag dealer here in London, Canada wants CA730 for one (USD 532). So the Barratt repro, even with shipping/duties is looking good at the moment. I've only had the XKR a year so still getting to know the car. Any thoughts on the quality of the repro cooler?

Also, I would appreciate any advice for Canadian sources for Jag parts other than the dealers.
