Steering wheel control failure?
Anyone ever have the stereo controls on the steering wheel just up and quit working? My cruise controls work but the stereo controls quit wholesale on me the other day. No signals coming from them to the radio anymore.
I'm using an aftermarket radio with an adapter that worked great until now. Wondering if it is the adapter or some other common problem with the early XK8 that others may know of. Thanks!

First thing is to check the integrity of the connections the installer made to your adapter.
If that is OK it could be the clockspring or of course the adapter itself.
