Sticky Interior

The pockets in the back of the front seats feel very sticky, like the glue is coming thru the liner material. Has anybody found this, and how did you clean/remove the stickiness??? 2001 XK8 convert.

It is the foam backing breaking down on the vinyl.

Has anybody tried to remove the lining, and what did you clean the glue/foam off with????

Try Goo Gone. It's an orange based cleaner, good for cleaning off gunk but won't harm anything.
