Suggestions to repair passenger window seal?
XK8 Convertible.
A little cracking along the top of the passenger side window seal that runs along the convertible roof top.
It's still soft, and none of it's missing. A little adhesive should do the trick.
1) I was wondering if there was a way to stop the roof mid way to inspect all the seals? And if so,(knowing the delicate electronics, etc..) would it cause any problems?
2) Is there a way to SIMPLY change the trim without becoming a huge project?

You certainly can stop the roof midway. When you do though, there is a good chance you may have to manually reset the roof afterwards if you leave it in that position for a while.
Superglue is pretty effective on weatherstriping tears.

I'll go with the superglue.
Thanks
