Supercharger - empty bolt hole or?

Went to change SC oil and found this empty, threaded hole on the top side of the SC.
Seems like something should be there but I don't know what that might be.
Does anyone know what should go there?

There was a fairly recent thread on this. The determination was that nothing goes there.
