Suspension Adjustability & Refresh Questions
Hey all,
Trying to get a clearer understanding of what’s adjustable from the factory on the suspension of a 2001 XKR (US spec), both front and rear.
I know toe is typically adjustable, but I’m not sure what else is factory-adjustable vs. what would require new parts.
Specifically wondering:
Front suspension – Is camber or caster adjustable at all?
Rear suspension – What’s actually adjustable (toe, camber)?
Also curious:
If certain adjustments are out of spec, what are the usual suspects in terms of worn parts ?
Any recommended upgrades if I’m looking to refresh things for better alignment control and tighter handling?
Do you need to replace both front and rear parts at the same time, or can I focus on the front this spring and the rear next year without harming things? Do all cars in the US share the same alignment specs (XK8, XKR, Coupe, Convertible, 4.0, 4.2)? Does anyone know the correct specs?
Thanks in advance for any insights!

camber is more or less set, although eccentric bolts are available but have negligible range of movement.
the rear camber can be adjusted via half-mast shims but not commonly done.
top front mount collapse will lead to excessive negative camber along with the rattles created.
l would recommend my own mount kit along with poly control arm bushes to tighten things up.

Toe of course is adjustable and caster is also adjustable within the limits of the shim packs used.

I noticed an XF pictured and was wondering if this might be a reference to the later X150 instead.
