Tensioners, chains, pump.
Got it all apart, tensioners replaced, chains replaced. About ready to put it all back together. I had a mechanic start the project and give up after taking it apart just short of taking off the harmonic balancer. I did not take it apart, so putting it back together will be fun. Thanks everyone for your input so far.
The chain guides were cracked. The passenger outside cam was off by one tooth. I drove it about a quarter mile after it started making noises. I praying that the valves are not toast. I have almost zero experience working on automobiles, I appreciate all the input.
Thanks,
Will

Good luck Will. Read everything very carefully, use the JTIS instructions and the proper tools, and you'll be ok. It's not that hard, just a matter of doing all the right steps in the right order. Print out the instructions and check them off as you go.
I think your valves will be ok based on what I've heard here.
