Default Thermostat Outlet Duct/Pipe

Does anyone have a trusted source (i.e., you have bought from them and fitted this part)? As you can see the one I ordered is misaligned and cannot be installed correctly.

I tried doing just the top bolts, just the bottom bolts, loosely fitting 3 bolts, etc - in the end no matter what one hole won't line up. Given it's going into aluminum and this part is plastic no force should be involved.

I ordered one from SNG Barratt. Maybe they will have checked the product before selling it...

Some no name brand off ebay.
Apparently there are no OEM ones made so it's either an off-brand or a used one.

The one I ordered looks exactly like the Barratt one though - but maybe SNG has a better supplier.

I used Britpart, P/N AJ85885GBP. It fit like a glove.

There are, indeed, no more OEM ones.

Hopefully the Barrett one will work, if not then I'll go that route. Thanks!
