Tiny grilles on either side of the steering column
The left one doesn't appear to have anything behind it. The right one appears to have something behind it.... beeper or cabin temp sensor for HVAC?
I would like to use one of them to mount an antenna switch. Anybody done this? How do you remove the grilles?

The right one is an aspirator fan for the temperature sensor.
Cherry makes a switch that fits nicely in the space for the left one. I stock these for my navigation auxiliary video kit...PM me if want one for cost plus shipping.
When you remove the footwell panel, the grille fastener is easy to remove.

Others may fit, I have not tried them.
You need fine tune the fit slightly with a small file or exacto knife.
It looks best in a non-black car if you paint the grill satin black.
