Default Tire (Tyre) air filler valve

I swear I searched the FAQ's and I found nothing about this. I want to get a couple of back up air filler valves. I call the guys I have gotten parts from before, but they said they don't carry that part because its commonly carried at tire dealerships. Well maybe where they are (I'm not saying on purpose) but not where I'am from. I searched on line and the only thing I found where fancy *** caps.......I did do one search that brought up a Motorcycle tire valve that looked a lot like it. A part number or where I could get these would be greatly appreciated.

The Jaguar Forums Feedback & Suggestion Centre forum is for posts about the forum and NOT for technical questions.

Before I move your question to an appropriate forum, can you confirm exactly what you are looking for:

Is it a complete valve assembly or just the core?

That's an extension (adaptor) for the valve on a BBS/split rim alloy. I used them for the Sepang wheels on my 2005 XK8.

The Dust Cap (Jaguar Part No. MXD6137AA) is removed using Key ( Jaguar Part No. MXD6164AA) and the Valve Adaptor (Jaguar Part No. MXD6163AB) screwed in to inflate the tyre.

I've moved your question to XK8/XKR forum. Members here may know a lower cost source.

Here is just the stem for $10 direct from BBS

BBS Valve Stem Adapter

A kit from Jaguar used to be available MXD6166AB which has
2 stems
2 caps
1 cap tool
not sure if you can still get it.

I got several Valve Stems and Valve Caps to restock the little purse in my XKR's Glovebox.....Seems those little Valve stems meet with all kinds of problems......mostly disappearing even with the threat of Death...They still disappear ….So stock up! Your favorite Discount Tire Store is running low! They even broke one on the Tire Changer......Hard to believe!
