Default Torquw app oddity

The XK8 passed its MOT yesterday so it deserves some attention (as well as some welding drat it).

I think I may an air leak which I can't find as the long term fuel trim on one bank is consistently high but I have an oddity using the Torque app as the screen show below shows

The entry circled is always zero while the one to its left varies as I drive.

Any idea what this suggests?

Mike

It suggests you are monitoring the wrong PID. Look for B2S1. S2 isn't going to give you a lambda value.

goof luck with that

I’ve been going down those same holes so often that on occasion I can even find my way out. After a respectable bit of time has passed , of course.

But it's often fun finding what's down those holes.

There are lots of similarly named PIDs, most of which don't do anything, it may well be a case of trial and error to find the ones that work on your car.

On mine B1 and B2 are bank 1 and 2, S1 is upstream, S2 is downstream.
