My 2004 xk8 had a few "changes" made to its undertray. The centre area under radiator was removed leaving the 2 side areas in front of wheels only. And the alt cooler "scoop" was cut back to the cross beam it attaches. I was told these "mods" eliminated noise rattles at higher speeds, and gave an extra inch of clearance over bumps. OK dig it, but in curiosity of replacing the whole undertray/valance I find diagrams for MY car lists 2 wind deflectors, behind undertray. Which I've never seen on any year except 1997 ones. See pic (not my car, so apologies to who I used pic from). Did they change this or not? I don't wanna purchase more bits I dont need. Already done enough of that, cuz of these diagrams.
