Default Valve Cover Bolt Replacement?

I've ditched the plastic engine covers and want to pretty-up the engine. I wanted to replace the valve cover bolts but they seem to be integrated into the covers themselves. Any ideas on how to remove and replace the bolts without losing the integrity of the valve covers?

You've discarded the two engine covers (arrowed in red) ........

........ they are only secured on three extended bolts (circled in red) with rubber plugs:

You could simply replace the extended bolts with the same standard ones used to secure the other locations in the cam covers.

If you have oiltight cam covers now, consider yourself lucky. Disturbing any of the bolts is likely induce leaks.

Just know that the top rear bolt is a special bolt made not to interfere with the cam sensor and this is for both sides.
