valve seals
So i had two intake valve seats dislodge on driver cylinder head and am now inspecting both heads. Valve stems on intakes are clean, exhausts have minor carbon buildup. Nothing to suggest seals are bad. I will likely get a replacement head just pulled from engine. Any reason to replace valve seals? And are Eurospare seals good?

I have several dozen in boxes I got from when I worked at the dealer. I cleaned out a cabinet after a fellow mechanic quit.
He told us all that we could have whatever was in his cabinet.
Lots of parts he never installed or were leftover form years of working there.
We also 'scrounged' the trash container when the parts dept threw away new parts that Jaguar did not want returned.
How many do you want?

The stem seals are generally replaced during cylinder head repair or refurb.
The lifters and springs need to be removed so it is NOT and easy 'in-situ' repair.
Compressed air or coiled rope can be used in the cylinder to hold the valves closed.
