I noticed a couple of spots in my garage that indicates a very minor leak. If I try and line up the spots with the car it looks like maybe about halfway back along the length of the engine on the passenger side. The fluid looks reddish in color and the leak is literally just a spot here and there.

I will be bringing the car in soon anyway but did anyone have any insight as to what might be leaking?

I had a leak in the plastic connector between the passenger side engine and the heater hose mess behind it. Only a few drops and appeared to be red transmission fluid but was orange coolant. Took forever to decide that it was the connector. After research, that connector has a history of small leaks and, as far as I am concerned, is not repairable. You have to remove the TB to get to it and it is still a bear. Another poster cut the tubing and used a piece of heater hose and clamps to stop the leak.

Hope your leak is something else.

Had a similar leak. Turned out to be the motor mount!!

 

I have not looked at the mounts yet, I am still working on my belt problem but they will be next…
