Default Visor replacement

I recently purchased a 2000 XK8. The driver's side visor was damaged and I purchased a new one. It appears that all you have to do is unscrew the old one and pop the new one in place? I guess all the wires are contained in the plug in? Is there any more to it than that? Should I disconnect my battery before swaping it out? Thank you in advance for any tips.

You are pretty much on track about how to replace it. A few screws. Nothing to unplug.

The 'wires' are contained in the Sunvisor support clip.

Thank you! So, no need to disconnect the battery? I saw that was recommended somewhere, but it may have been for a different model.
