Ever since I tried to fix an electrical problem on my 1998 XK8 I have had a weird tone when I put the key in.
Sound slike a bad doorbell played on a stylophone.
No error message that's obvious.

Any idea what she's trying to tell me?

There is a normal chime tone when you insert and turn the key as the diagnostics are checked. Is it something in addition to that?

If you didn't get this sound before, you may have actually fixed something.
