Well, Have you ever...
What ho!
Have any of you chappies ever had to repair your rear power window. Is it difficult to get at the dashed thing. Upholstery dodgie to remove to access the unit.
It appears my bally passenger side has gone down and wont return up. Thats a bit of a surprise the dealer never felt it necessary to warn about.
Tootle pip

What ho indeed Bertie,
You have to fetch your own G&Ts here most of the time, Jeeves hasn't picked up the forum thing.
However here is somwhere to start https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...00/#post406476

It is a bit of a pain to replace...so before you implicate the 'dashed thing', you should try a few tests to make sure the computer that controls it has not just 'lost its place'.
Try resetting the front windows (with the doors shut, lower the windows and hold the buttons until you hear a click in about 2 seconds, then raise the windows and hold the buttons until you hear a click.) Then cycle the top a couple of times.
If it still does not work, post here and I will give you an easy way to bypass the computer as a final test to be sure where the problem is.
