What Battery Dimensions for a 2001 XKR?
I need to replace the battery in my XKR but Im not near it to take measurements.
Various car websites list 2 different dimensions for my car.
Option A) 175 x 175 x 315 (Width, Height, Length in mm)
Option B) 175 x 190 x 353 (Width, Height, Length in mm)
Will the larger battery still fit?
And what should be the correct AH rating? 100?
Thanks in advance.

The dimensions are the same as my Porsche 928. I don't want to sound too much like a billy, but when I found out what this huge heavy battery cost, after I bought one for the 928, I went for a smaller top post, with more CCA. To top it all off, I bought a rebuilt unit at the local yard, with a 1 year warranty for $30. It still had the recessed posts, so I figure it wouldn't cause me any grief. It bolts down just fine, and the car doesn't seem to care. The only ones who know are all you folks and me. The trunk floor hides my secret....be cool.....Mike
