I don't know them but they look like they belong on a 60s muscle car.

Dont look quite right on an XK, I have got a sudden urge to buy a Camaro

They look like the "torque thrust" design, most commonly made by American Racing. Common upgrade on 90's/2000's camaros, definitely not right on a jag though :s

Thanks, I agree on the muscle car look. They just don't look right on the Jag. I'll have to get new wheels.

At least they're 17's which is kind of desirable for the camaro crowd, and the 4.75 on 5 bolt pattern is the same as the GM's, so you can list them on craigslist or ebay as for GM's and probably get a nice amount towards your new wheels!

Not positive, but appears you have the ET Classic brand 5 spoke wheel, which is advertised as a "60's retro wheel, typical design for a street rod, custom application.

Post some pics of your wheels. Someone will identify them. Mine are called Apollos. I think they are the best looking of all of the XK8 wheels. Not to blingy, but not dull, either. Juuuuussssttt right.

I remember seeing your car advertised in Salt Lake before I left. I showed the wife the photos in comparison the the Camaro we had with the same wheels and came to the same conclusion, they don't work on the Jag at all. I bought Torq Thrust II's for the Camaro and those look more like the original Torq Thrust.

Jag13cat,
I think you are right! They look like the ET Classic I saw on their web page.

270 weatherby,
The Torq Thrust spokes are a bit round.Mine are flat and straight.

shoooure, many haven't...and its been in the FAQ thread for the xk8-xkrs going on over a year now. lol

ITs where you'll find some of that old accessory stuff that isn't marketed anymore, but you can find old stock from the dealer if you want it.
