Default Why wrap when you can dip?

Too many places to list, just web search 'water transfer graphics diy', 'hydrographics', etc. Looks much easier than wrapping complex shapes.

I looked into this a while back but at the time, it was pretty expensive.

It has been on Wheeler dealers today. They carbon fibre wrapped an inerior. He said it only cost £200 and the finished article did look inpressive. Bascially the sanded back the finish on all the removed interior parts. Sprayed it. Dipped it in a tank on top of which floated the carbon fibre. A dry and polish and I must admit, even though I dont like carbon fibre, it did look good.

Dunno. Just tripped over a video this morning and searched a bit. Have seen most DIY kits around $70 but have no idea how that compares to a wrap. Thinking on complex bits it would probably be easier and yield a better job.

Hydrographics looks more realistic than wrapping but at close scrutiny you can still tell

You spray activator only where you want the graphics to stick so mask up and spray, remove the tape, dip, wash off then clear coat, sounds easy but trust me there is a knack

Looks good. Thought of getting bits chromed but that looks good too. Perhaps more in keeping with the car?

I think the carbon looks amazing but I've seen some wood finished done and at first it looks nice but if you really look at it, it lookalike the old 70-80's plastic wood dashes from Cadillac and other American cars from those times.
I just got my crocodile wrap and it has a great texture.
