Default Window problem

My 2002 xkr has got its window problem again.
I replaced the switches on the door lock mechanism about 5 years ago.
Checked all switches all ok
Any help please

When you open the door the windows goes down an inch. Pull handle again goes done 2 inches. Does not go back when shutdoor. Tried to reset memory many time,took mech out on bench all switcher are working ok.only way to lock car is to put window up climb into passenger seat to get the lock car.been in on it all day

Just to be sure, you are in the car with the door closed when you reset the window memory, correct?

Yes had the car for 7 years so I have set the windows many time when bat been removed ect

Sorted it out, it was the the door module all working now thanks for the replies��
