For $246, try:

Welsh Enterprises, Inc - Jaguar XK8 / XKR (97-06) Accessories Parts - Wind Deflector - XK8

I bought and installed one and am very satisfied.

Contact Herky herky@welshent.com 800-875-5247 or 740-282-8649 at Welsh. I dealt with him. When I initially inquired about the windscreen, it was out of stock. I left my contact information with Herky, and he contacted me when the restocked windscreens arrived.

Can the Welsh one stay up and does it fold down like the MINA one does??

MINA:
You are looking at another Mina gallery exclusive item. We are the first to bring you a high quality wind deflector at a reasonable price. This unit comes complete with everything you need for installation. The unit is easily collapsible and can be left upright with the convertible top up or down. This wind deflectors is a must have for your convertible. The high quality mesh does an amazing job in keeping wind for blowing back into the cockpit.

Unlike the windscreen for my Sebring convertible, which folds backward and down horizontal on top of the back "filler piece," this one requires the seatbacks to be folded forward, then it folds forward, and down and under the filler piece. I can send pics if needed.

If you lower the bottom section first, you can also fold it back against the rear headrests without folding the seatbacks forward.

That's correct. I have the Welsh deflector and instead of putting the bottom piece ABOVE the rear seat backs I put it below them. That way I can fold the top backward.

I just checked the Welsh site, and the windscreens appear to be back in stock.
