I believe that in all the Volvo station wagons I have owned, there has been a transparent plastic clip near the botom of the windshield inside on the driver's side. This clip is unobtrusive and is convenient for parking lot tickets or letters that I am planning to mail. A clip like this would be especially convenient if installed in my 2005 XK8 convertible.

You know how things blow around when the top is down. I have no need to replace the windshield now and hope I never have to, but do any of you have thoughts about whether or not such a clip would fit? (I'm not worried about aesthetics. Really, the clip is unobtrusive.)
