Default Wiring advice needed

Once again, I come looking for help. Does anyone have a source for connector pins and removal tool such as connector EM81 on ECU? I've found one of my problems in this connector and need to replace or recrimp wire going into connector

There should be a wire repair kit at the dealer, inside there will be individual bags with part numbers on them. The tech has to match the pin to the one being replaced.


Are you able to solder it or does the pin need to be replaced?

I'm pretty sure crimp of pin to wire is bad. If I can get pin out I could solder. I'll have to check with jag dealer. Thanks

Question

Still looking for source for electrical parts. I have found my two major problems. P-123 pin 2 to em-27 pin 7 and p-131 pin 1 to em-81 pin 1. On both connectors I have continuity to rear of plug where wire goes in but checking at pin itself I loose continuity if I wiggle plug(bad crimp or pin). I'm looking for a source for pins and extracting tool. Any help is deeply appreciated as I have fought this for 6 months and finally found problem

Inspect the connector housing under a magnifier and bright light for a part number. It was made by 'AMP', which today is 'TE Connectivity'. Many AMP parts have tiny embossed part numbers.

If you can find the TE connectivity part number, search for it on Google. You should hopefully get a hit for the connector body on the TE website, and the downloadable drawing often references the associated pins and tools.

Thanks. I'll look today. Checked with Jag dealer and got nowhere
