Xenon Headlights Adapt for Spain
Hello!
I have searched the internet and your forum but as a newbie I am not sure how to proceed so I hope you can help me
I own a 2005 XK8 4.2S Final edition with the Xenon headlights. (UK Spec) I have moved to Menorca (Spain) and am trying to register the car here. The local garage say I need new headlights at over 1000 euros EACH to change the pattern to LHD. Searching your forums indicate that just maybe you can turn a plate around in the headlights to make the change. Is this possible for the Xenon lights? Has anyone done this? Is it easy? It costs over 2000 euros to register the car here the extra 2000 for new headlights is far too much and it will be cheaper to return it to England and sell it but honestly that would break my heart. Can anyone help?
