Minor irritation, but the top of both tweeter covers was fraying in my recently purchased XK8 (2001 MY) at the sharp stress concentration at the top

So, since there is still sufficient unfrayed fabric to pull over the top, I pulled it over the top, consolidated the fabric with cyanoacrylate glue, and folded over the back into the rear fabric in one motion. Held for 5 minutes then results below. Still a stress concentration, only tighter now, but not frayed. Probably have one more 'pull and glue' fix before more drastic measures must be considered like replacing the fabric. Total took about 15 minutes.
