I have a 1999 XK8 (one a few unconditionally good decisions I made .
I wonder if anyone know how to repair a "disconnected" fabric insert at the bottom of the drivers' seat backrest. Please see the pictures attached.

Any advise will be very much appreciated.

Ya- the decision to use fabric here should be filed under "what were they thinking??"

 

you can find an upholstery place to see if they can fix or you can buy replacement covers from topsonline

 

Yes, it does look like using fabric here was one of those ideas that should have been left on the proverbial cutting room floor.

I was hoping to avoid spending hundreds of $$ on replacement covers. Will go to an upholstery place.
