i am in the uk and have searched both but it is hard to find one with the correct code and from a vert as the roof mirrors and security are base codes that cannot be changed once programmed i dont mind the postage and customs costs from the us but only if I can get confirmation of it being from a convertible as I have so far had 2 supplied both of which turned out to be from coupes and will not operate everything on my car it is running on one of them now but several major components will not work ie roof mirrors and security (door locks, alarm immobiliser) which makes my car a bit vulnerable when parked up

 

finally found a replacement bcm that is from a convertible and the right code so here goes, fingers crossed
