Finally bit the bullet and put both top and bottom grills on. These were the types which you do not have to remover the bumper.

I followed the instructions for the top grill, but did not like the idea of drilling holes for the bottom, so I used stainless wire. Worked fine. Have to see if it loosens up.

Have inserted before and after pics. Not too wild about the top grill screws, but oh well. Put black paint on them and hid them a little better. Did not use the screws from Mina. Heads too small. Got #6 1" stainless sheet metal screws from Home Depot. Not a chrome finish tho.
