Default XK8 mystery misfire problem

Hello all!
I currently own a 2002 Jaguar XK8 that at 112,000 miles decided to have crankshaft failure. I have since gotten a new motor for it and now have everything hooked up and it's ready to go but when it starts up it has a misfire in 6 cylinders. Sometimes a limited performance reading comes up on the dash as well. We have pulled the misfire codes, performed a leak test, ordered all new ignition coils, as well as replace certain seals and o rings. Problem has still not subdued and am certainly seeking any advice possible!

There was a thread some time ago about differences in the aj26 and aj27 flywheels. Fitting the wrong one causes timing issues. Search the archives for xk8 flex plate.
