All, I reached out to the individual who had set up the mediafire account. Unfortunately, it was a paid subscription of which this forum was the only reason he had set the account up. He is no longer a member and has decided not to renew. I am looking at options to obtain the files and post - the biggest hurdle being the pdf size limitation. In the interim, recommend checking out Gus's website to see if you can access files you may need

Many thanks for doing that. Can we assume he still has the original pdfs and might transfer a copy over to someone else?
I have set up a free-to-use MediaFile account, which has 10Gb of free storage. paying for the service would add 20Gb. It may have enough capacity to take some or even all of the pdfs that we collectively need. I'd be happy to use that account if the Forum thought it would help.
I have had a look at the Jaguar Rep[air Forum. It contains loads of interesting stuff, so thank you for the link. However, it does not have any of the owners' documents that I need that would come with the car.

I can ask and if so will advise so we can move forward
I'd be willing to pay to support the site if it meant we could have some good manuals and stuff. Maybe offer a subscription service where supporters get a "supporter" tag or something next to user name?

nice thought - but we don't own the forum so not sure how that would work as they also own many of the other major brand forums. I have asked about increasing the file size limitation to allow direct posting of the pdf's. We shall see what they say

Would not need to play with subscriptions of some random filesharing site.
And anyone can backup everything and re-share later if needed.
Like this: https://archive.org/download/jaguar-...0-151-20140416
And even this, which after some few hours will contain all previously existed files from random files sharing service:
Jaguar XK8 XKR (X100) Vehicle Literature Packs (PDF) 1996-2006 UK and USA

Hi fgirard. I am also quite new to the forum, and have passed 10 posts too. Sadly the XK8/XKR documents are not currently available, but we are trying to get further copies and then post them here. This may take some time.Originally Posted by fgirard

Archive? Scroll down and on right click "SHOW ALL"
and you get this kind of list:
On mobile device you must start scrolling from very very bottom of the screen, other ways you you just scroll default document. Computer view is better.
On Jag-Club.net you scroll down and you will see this list:
not too hard?

Hi Been trying to get Manuals for my XKR 2000 year RHD model, but everytime I follow any of the links MediaFile tells me the data no longer exists. I see most of the posts on this site are 10 or 20 years old. Is there any other access point for manuals? I have no litrerature for my car and have been flying blind. Grateful for all the help this wonderful site gives
