Since New Years Day I have seen a large number of XK8s and XKRs on the road. Granted Southern California, besides being the car capital of the world in terms of numbers, also is Jaguar's biggest market. But I have seen more than 50. The interesting thing is that with only one exception, they were in spectacular condition, looking almost new. Either they're being reconditioned and sold in the area, or there are a lot of meticulously maintained cars around here. While most were convertibles (and it's been between 85-90F for the past two weeks), there have been a decent amount of coupes as well. Two gorgeous BRG verts that looked brand new were seen within 5 minutes of each other.

Can you say "classic" anyone?
