XKR Vents
On my E-Type, the hood vents would let the steam out on the San Diego "405" when the radiator hoses had had enough! I assume the XKR Vents could serve the same purpose, unless they are too far forward!

Too funny. I had a water pump going bad just a month ago and sure enough, when I turned the engine off, there was this wisp of steam coming out of the bonnet louvers. I guess that's their purpose!
