I think the xk8 and xkr have the same water outlet pipe / crossover if that is what you are talking about. If the same as my 97 they come in the crossover tube. Mine was leaking due to reused seals by PO mechanic and some stress cracks due to two bad engine mounts, and if was going to take it off I would consider just buying new pipe as it is a point of failure, and comes with new temp sender. SNG was about $40 plus shipping, they do sell the gaskets separately for about $3 each. You should be able to get them through WorldPac special order at many autoparts stores AdvanceAutoParts, CarQuest and more as other online stores.
I think the coil covers are a replace entire thing no gasket as it is a formed to cover at factory type thing. My car had one missing and I used a piece of peel and stick foam weather strip trimmed to about 1/4 inch wide as I didn't want sand falling in cover as I found when recently removing mine. The covers are surprisingly low price to replace if you want to go that way. I opted to make mine work for now even though missing one corner on each as it is an easy replace at later point type of part.

I have a metal crossover pipe already. Ill see if I can get those o rings. I just cant find the part # anywhere. As for the coil covers mine are custom and although cheap enough to buy new ones I like the carbon fiber look I got going. I think Im going to use silicone. Silicone and some painters tape and it will be neat, or..maybe a foam tape:O)
