Mina has a fairly nice 2 piece fiberglass tonneau cover that looks pretty good, but they just raised the price from an already high $499.00 to almost $700.00 plus shipping. Mina is also slow to ship. The OEM leather cover is ok, but it deals with the top corners with not the best aesthetics. To deal with it I built side forms to make the sides uniform. I found a guy in NM who obviously made a template form of Mina's which he then Fiber glasses over for $200.00. The problem is he doesn't ship. The others on the market are a little busy. Anyone here know another supplier? I have some composite manufacturers her in KC and have considered partnering up to see if we can make them with the flexibility to fit other cars besides the Jag, but the market research will take considerable time.
Ah.Reminds me of when we took the race car to club events and the "purists" would try to get me banned from the club.Oh well.

I love these Forums and no one is right or wrong with this amazing car. One of my best memories was winning the Peoples Choice Award at the Concourse D'e Elegance on the Country Club Plaza in 1988. The people loved her...the judges hated her.
I always like the look of the 1963 T'Bird cover. Made it stand out from the run of the mill convertibles. Looked good in the movie. Maybe that was the problem??
