Default Your best 1/4 mile drag times & ET?

Have any of you guys taken your XKR to the dragstrip? What kind of times and ET's are you seeing?

I just got back from the track with my 02 XKR coupe, +3psi pulley and X-pipe. 4 passes, each consistently rounds to 13.8 1/4 at 102.5mph. 60 foots improved slightly through the night as I got a better feel for the Jag, with the best at a low 2.2, but stats remained almost the same regardless of the improvement. Traction was not an issue, in fact, with the street tires warmed up (I'm running 275's) and a nice and warm track I could not even spin the rears as I build up my confidence and eventually launched break-stalling at ~2k. Track was Mission Raceway outside of Vancouver, elevation just 25ft, nice sunny day with low humidity.

I have to say I'm a little disappointed, I thought I'd be at least in the middle to low 13's with the pulley

On another note, saw an XJS also running high 13's. It had an old small block corvette 350 lol.

A while back a few of us went to Shakespear Raceway and quite a few had a go down the strip, the average was low 14s, one guy managed high 13s but that is about right, you will need some serious mods to do better or next time remove some "choice" items

Interesting, thanks for the input.

This threw me off a bit, an XKR owner with a 13.4 timeslip on what's supposedly a stock 01 XKR:

Been down this road before.

This review puts it at 13.3.

Is the European version different than the American version?

Drivers maybe?

Just kidding, but without knowing the environmentals of the runs, so temp/baro/humidity/elevation/wieght the numbers just can't be compared imho.

Traction was a big issue, a bit of a miserable day, it had been raining the track was not the driest, an LSD would of put you in the low 13s I reckon
