It's the stop for the supercharger bypass valve. I'm looking to adjust mine, but I'll need to fab a tool to do it, while the SC is on the car.

Mine is not fully closing (engine off, no vacuum) so I wan to adjust it but the allen opening is on the blind side. gonna fab a tool to adjust it once I get a size for it.

Old water pump out, its important to note the position of this plastic pipe, the rise on that flange uses the back of the pump for alignment and clamping force when the water pump is bolted down in front of it.
