The gold bolts are the ones that you need. I measured both bolts and the standard cam bolt is 1.35" and the gold ones are 1.25". I put a standard cam bolt in the position closest to the cam sensor. The end of the bolt goes all the way through and we'll hit the cam sensor.

The gold color bolts are what you are looking for. I measure the bolts and the standard cam bolt is 1.35". The gold color are 1.25". I put the standard bolt in the position nearest the cam sensor on a spare head I have. The standard bolt will go all the way through and hit the cam sensor.

This is the back side. Everything is intact. This car was not equipped with tweeters so you would have to put yours in the cover. The cover for the passenger side is good, the side you wanted, but the tabs are broken on the drivers side but I was just going to throw it in in case you needed the clpth cover. $40 for everything plus shipping. I haven't shipped to Canada before so I won't knpw the cost til I ship.

This is the worst part of the front seats. This is the driver seat. Fairly normal for a car with 100,000 miles.

Xk8 I bought with the motor frozen. Took valve cover off, tensioner had failed and chain was broken.

I bolted a bracket on the bellhousing and use an engine hoist to pick up the transmission and put it on its end into a garbage can. You'll find it easier to get the clutches aligned this way.

I bolted a bracket on the bellhousing and use an rngine hoist to get in the garbage can wherr I stand it on its end. You will find it a lot easier to aline the clutch disc when you put everything back together.

The night before I put the new split rings on the new valve. Use a little assembly grease before installing the split rings. Then put the o rings over the split rimgs to compress them. Pit it in a clean baggie and put it in the freezer. Next morning take it out and I put it in a cup of ice to keep it cold because I don't have a freezer at my shop.

All back together. Install back on transmission. I torque the plate and valve body bolts at 8nm. The pan calls for 10nm.

Now the fun part. Install the plate. If you have a helper have them hold the plate in place while you get the screws started. I used a C clamp and slowly compressed the springs. Notice the circled area, that spring fits in a little indent on the plate. Also make sure the valve below it slides in correctly.

Slowly install the valve. DON'T FORCE IT. It should slide in easily. If for some reason it catches on the split rings redo the freezing process. If you break the rings you will need to order a new valve.

Now take your nice and cold new valve out of the bag. Remove the o rings. I usally put a little clean transmission fluid on the valve before installing.
