Since 2008 marked the end of the production line for the S-Type, I'm guessing that the differences between the 2007 and 2008 models are negligible and most differences may not even be documented. By the last production-year run, I'm sure Jaguar was basically emptying the parts bin and attempting to utilize most of whatever they already had on hand to keep costs to a minimum in new owner Tata's best interests....

no changes in the last production year, back when they were switching over the XK8 to the new 07 model they used some of their left over parts & materials (actual prodcution for many of the 06 XK8's took place in 05)on the S-Type Sport Pkgs like I got. I think it is actually a pretty smart move by Jaguar, allows you to get a limited production vehicle if you are a collector.
