Hey there NTL, your post made go out and look at one of my parking lights that has been out for a few months, and so I figured out how to remove the lens covers for blinker and parking light. All you do is put a flat blade screw driver behind the orange plastic at the forward edge and pry it off. It doesn't take much force. Be sure to protect the paint with a cloth. Here's what it looks like removed. This is on the fender, has nothing to do with the bumper cover. If you're talking about the blinker in the headlight assy, then you have to pop the hood and get into the headlight box from its rear, but still, no need to remove the bumper cover.

Ok well I dove in head first just to see what I would find and it actually took me like 5 minutes. I took the battery and tray out. Unsnapped the two metal brackets and took of the cap. Untrusted the bulb assembly and there it was. HOWEVER, the bulb wasnt blown. Now I'm confused

It was the bulb this time I was able to actually do the entire process without taking out the battery or anything else for that matter. I have small skinner hands so it's doable. And i did change both bulbs. Hope this helps anyone else who's actually considering taking off the bumper like I was told to at the auto shop :/

Great advice, walked over to nearest repair shop, the jaguar guy had skinny hands, and a front blinker bulb in stock. It was a little tough coming out, 2 minutes, a little tougher putting it back in 7 minutes, but now ten minutes later, and only $20 later, the fast blinker is gone. Your advice above was all I needed... THank you

That's great! I'm all too happy to hear that I helped someone. These forums have helped me tremendously so it feels good to give back. Good job
