Is there any way to check the GPS maps version ? ie, what is the year of the maps ? also, any aftermarket way to update the maps ?

background : in my previous F01 BMW 750iL, we could via menu's check the map version go onine, downlod new maps, burn a cd, update it...

 

Goncalo you have asked many questions that have been answered on this forum before that a good search would have yielded the answers you are looking for. I'm not trying to be mean but a little searching on your part would save you a lot of time.
